Order Processing
Once payment has been confirmed, your order enters the picking and packing process. This process can take between 1 and 5 working days, including data verification and shipment organisation.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected at the time of purchase. Generally, deliveries can take between 7 and 20 working days. The estimated delivery time will be provided before the order is finalised.

Shipping
The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the delivery address and the chosen shipping method. Any free shipping promotions will be displayed directly on our website.

Tracking Code
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email to monitor each stage of the delivery.

Delivery Attempts
Couriers usually make up to three delivery attempts. If these are unsuccessful, the product may be returned to the sender. In this situation, you will need to pay for new shipping costs for redelivery.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Although we work with reliable delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors, such as strikes, weather conditions or logistical issues. In such cases, our team will be available to provide all necessary support.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to fill in the delivery details correctly. If the order is not delivered due to an error in the address provided, it will be re-dispatched upon payment of a new delivery charge.
